The Denver Metro Association of Realtors' Market Trends report for December is out. Here is a quick overview of what November real estate looked like in the 11 county metro area.
The market experienced the usual seasonal cooling in November as many Buyers started to focus on the holidays. Inventory levels up and prices are steady, meaning it is a great time to buy and still a good time to sell. Winter months also mean Buyers are facing less multiple offers right now. It is important for Sellers to pay attention to the price, condition, and presentation of their home when putting it on the market if they want to sell faster than other properties.
The average price of a single family home was $505,990. This is a decrease of 3.33% from October, and 5.41% higher than in November of 2017.
