The Denver Metro Association of Realtors Market Trends report for April is out. Here is a quick overview of what March real estate looked like in the 11 county metro area.
The average sold price of homes in the area increased 3.52% from February 2018 and the price of the average single family home increased by 3.77% from February to $522,277!!
The average number of listings for March is 15,040 and at only 4,619 listings for March 2018, we have a classic example of demand far outweighing supply.
The market is showing no signs of slowing, so it is the perfect time to buy or sell a home. Sellers are able able to get top dollar and favorable terms and Buyers are able to start building instant equity. Many Buyers have been able to refinance and get rid of PMI after just a year of owning their homes in our market!
